Grand Hyatt Muscat Hotel

The room was large, clean, and comfortable.

The hotel did not make it known that key amenities such as the pool were not available prior to arrival. The restaurant double charged my wife?s card 4 days ago, and still has not returned her funds.

this is a 3 star hotel at best - it is tired and needs quite a bit of updating - however, it has the potential to be grand! Nice employees, overall a positive experience

The beachfront was great. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff were nice and helpful.

There is no Shattaf and we are Arabs ! Downstairs toilets there are Shattaf but not in the rooms please fix it

The service was excellent staff very attentive and provided amazing services.

The housekeeping were making a lot of noise when cleaning other rooms which disrupted my sleep.

Paid expensive and no information of maintenance by booking.com and swimming pool was not operational

The hotel was beautiful and the staff really friendly. The breakfast was amazing. At the time we visited there was some renovations going on, which we were told about before booking. The hotel kept us updated on this throughout and we didn't find it disruptive at all.

Unhappy because hotel is partially under renovation and was not known by me. Some facilities were not available

This was my second time staying for 3 nights in a row. Last year, the hotel was at a different stage of renovation, so it was nice to see more of its beauty unfold, and to reconnect with some of the staff. The breakfast buffet was nice, the room is spacious and well appointed.

The hotel is under renovation and we were disappointed that this information was not written on Booking.com. Due to the renovation, the pool was closed and there are no sunbeds or umbrellas available on the beach at the hotel. Since we wanted to spend a relaxing day here, mainly swimming, this was a big disappointment for us. The hotel restaurants are very expensive.

Hotel is very old, 80% of the hotel was in renovation. I paid $633 for 3 nights without breakfast. Room very old, not clean and located in the ground floor with lots of noise. no swimming pool.

Great location on the beach. Good buffet breakfast, and a good Italian restaurant on site. Very comfortable bed and mattress.

Extensive renovations in progress had the pool, gardens, and normal reception areas closed, although I was informed this was the case at booking. Intermittent construction noise.
